Returns

   • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

   • All sale items are final sale and ineligible for refunds or returns.

2. Return Period:

   • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Certain products are exempt from being returned, such as:​

     • Items marked as “final sale,” including all sale items.

Refunds

   • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

3. Partial Refunds:

   • Items that show signs of use or damage may be subject to partial refunds at our discretion.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

Exchanges

1. Defective or Damaged Items:

   • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Size or Color Exchanges:

   • Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to product availability.
